Letting Complete started from humble beginnings in 2013 as a family business in Wakefield originally offering our services to close friends and family from a kitchen dining table. With the steady introduction of new team members, Letting Complete rapidly gained traction and were able to create long standing relationships with both tenants and landlords alike firmly cementing our status in the Wakefield market.

The vast knowledge of the surrounding area along with the highest levels of customer service meant Letting Complete saw new arrivals to the team alongside a dedicated Maintenance division to oversee all property repairs and maintenance. This also brought with it the start of the company\'s emergence into property renovation and soon a steady flow of high-spec residential renovations was hitting the markets receiving high praise from both investors and tenants.

In the winter of 2018 Letting Complete saw the opening of their new Leeds office to serve the growing demand for the local area shortly followed by the expansion into ever growing powerhouses of Manchester and Sheffield. This coupled with an in-house cleaning team meant the company now had the full package to ensure landlord and tenant needs were now met under one roof.

Fast forward to present day and Letting Complete now serves the North of England with plans to penetrate the London letting market coming soon in 2020. Letting Complete now offers a high spec property development and management system to clients across the globe and firmly believes a personalised service and complete transparency is the benchmark for a long-standing relationship with all their clients.

The app can also be used to book viewings, view availabilities in properties and for landlords; a direct means of viewing updates on their portfolios.
