What started as a hands-on, personal service quickly grew through word of mouth, built on trust, reliability and genuine care for both landlords and tenants.
As demand increased, new team members joined and long-standing relationships were formed across the local market. Our in-depth knowledge of the area, combined with a commitment to exceptional customer service, established Letting Complete as a respected and dependable name within the Wakefield lettings sector.
The business soon expanded beyond traditional management. A dedicated maintenance division was introduced to handle repairs efficiently and professionally, followed by our involvement in property refurbishments. High-quality residential renovations began entering the market — attracting strong tenants and providing investors with well-presented, sustainable assets.
With continued growth came further expansion across Yorkshire and the North of England, alongside in-house services including cleaning, compliance coordination and refurbishment management — allowing us to support clients fully under one roof.
As the company matured, so did our focus on professionalism and education. We invested heavily in staff development to ensure our team could offer advice that is not only practical, but regulated and reliable.
Today, members of our team hold — and continue to work towards — ARLA Propertymark qualifications, ensuring our landlords and investors receive guidance aligned with current legislation, compliance standards and best practice within the UK property industry.
